Official 12 Days of Christmas Rules and Regulations: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older in order to win any prize. There may be prizes that, by their nature or by their implication may require the winner to be 21 years of age or be accompanied by an individual of at least a certain age. In the event that an entrant is chosen who is over 18 but legally ineligible to claim the prize, they may be offered a comparable prize or receive $25 in the form of a gift card. Gift cards may not cover the entirety of an experience, entry, meal, or desired item, and any additional fees will be the responsibility of the winning entrant. Tips and/or other gratuity is not included. Some prizes come with individual rules, blackout dates, time constraints, or may require the winner to pick up the prize at a predetermined location, most likely in Dorchester, SC. Requests for entry must be typed or legibly written and include the individuals name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and mailing address and must be received by December 1, 2025.
